Our Wine Domain
Our family history
After studying winemaking at the university in Dijon and 10 years experience in the champagne region, Gerard decided to return to the family fold
at the domain
The domain switched to organic farming on the 1st August 2021
Our Philosophy
In order to produce our best quality wines, we are very rigorous about pruning and debudding. We practice green harvesting in July as well as leaf stripping in order to obtain smaller yields with optimum maturity. Concerned about respecting the environment, we no longer use chemical herbicides, we work the soil using mechanical tools. The estate has opted for organic cultivation since 1st August 2021.
The grape varieties
The family estate extends over 45 hectares
What makes the estate unique is the large variety of grape types. In fact, you will find no less than 19 different grape “cépages” at the domain! White grape varieties: Clairette, Roussanne, Marsanne, Grenache blanc, Viognier, Vermentino, Chardonnay, Ugni Blanc, Muscat a petits grains and Petit Manseng. Black grape varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Marselan, Caladoc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
