- SOILS: LIMONO CLAY SAND
- KEEP: FROM 3 TO 8 YEARS
- YIELDS: 10 - 15 HL/HA
- VINIFICATION: HARVESTED BY HAND FROM OLD VINES AT THE DOMAIN, DESTEMMING/ SOFT CRUSHING. MACERATION IN TANKS FOR 4 WEEKS WITH FREQUENT PUMPING OVER. THE MARSELAN WINE IS MATURED IN OAK BARRELS
